I think now that<br \/> I climbed out of the womb the wrong way.<br \/> Looking back, I would have done it differently.<br \/> [Sorry, just being absurd; I&rsquo;m tired.]<\/p>\n<p>I <em>have<\/em> been thinking about my translations,<br \/> and that it&rsquo;s been too long since I&rsquo;ve done one.<br \/> [Je traduis le po&eacute;sie francais en anglais.]<br \/> Perhaps some Verlaine, or a passage of Lautr&eacute;amont.<br \/> Something decadent: lush images, poets lost in existence.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s widely believed that things get lost in translation;<br \/> no-one ever mentions what might be gained.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yeah, so I was a big TMNT fan when I was younger.
